Requirements:
- Experience in a dispatching role
- Have exceptional communication skills to interact with co-workers and customers
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and experience with Word and Excel programs.
- Ability to answer multiple phone lines
- Able to remain calm and patient under pressure w/ strong decision making skills
- Highly organized and have ability to work in a fast paced environment.
